London Met University and International Students House (ISH) Scholarship Scheme for Developing Countries

ISH/London Met Scholarship scheme offers awards in nearly any field at Masters level. The London Met University and International Students House (ISH) sponsors this scholarship and candidates get to study within the UK. The award scheme is a full tuition scholarship together with accommodation aimed toward masters students from chosen Developing Countries.

This scholarship is conjointly run by the International Students House (ISH) and London Metropolitan University (LMU) and candidates are judged on educational profit and on the possible economic/social benefits to their home country..

To qualify for this scholarship,
  • You must have been offered admission into London Met University to study one of its masters course.
  • Have an overall IELTS score of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in each component or SELT equivalent.
  • Have a First Class Honours or the highest accolade for your degree.
  • Be a nationale of one of the countries listed below only.

Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Uzbekistan, China, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Iran, Nigeria, Tibet, Russia, Turkey.


The award is for the FULL duration of the masters degree programme. The programme offers a
full tuition fee scholarship to study one of London Met’s Master’s programmes plus one year of free accommodation at International Students House. Short Courses, English Language Courses, Foundation Programmes, HND's and Pre-Masters are NOT covered.

To apply, applicants for scholarship can complete and email the form of scholarship application or apply online. When submitting your application, please ensure to include the following item in the subject heading: ISH/London Met scholarship application.

Due dates:
